Description:
Urban planning decisions can shape the health of millions — and now, a new tool developed by the HEART project is helping bring evidence, technology, and local experience together to guide those decisions across Europe.
Join the Consensus-Building Workshop exploring the Health-Centered Planning Matrix (HCPM) — a data-driven, AI-powered tool designed to integrate health data into urban planning for greener, healthier, more livable cities.
Originally developed in the HEART project’s pilot sites (Aarhus, Attica, and Belgrade), the HCPM is now being prepared for broader use across Europe. This workshop will be a space to discuss how the tool can be scaled and aligned with EU health and sustainability goals.
