A study by the department of health of Valencia Community and Dr Peset through HORUS’ partner Fisabio and Health Research Institute of the @gvaclinic, the Faculty of Medicine of the @universitatvalencia and the Carlos Simón Foundation, reveals that feeding with time restriction improves glycemic control in overweight patients. The findings highlight that a feeding regimen with time restriction of between 6 and 10 hours a day for at least 5 weeks improves glycemic control. This is a review that analyzes 18 scientific works that have detailed the effects of this time restriction on glucose and other diabetes markers.
